Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

Request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund
After 7 days, you can cancel anytime but no partial refunds are provided
Your access continues until the end of your billing period

Pay-Per-Lead Purchases

For individual lead purchases:

Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase
Credits that have been used to generate dossiers are non-refundable
